Telling a larger story through the use of XRPL’s branding and measured dimensionality
During the Consensus 2023 event held in Austin, TX, Invisible North introduced Ripple’s XRPL Zone on April 27th. This vibrant workspace was specifically crafted to exhibit the capabilities of the XRP Ledger (XRPL) to developers. Throughout the day, this interactive hub seamlessly combined coworking, networking, and educational experiences.
At the entrance, there is a captivating art installation created using a live ledger. It serves as both a visual centerpiece and an opportunity for taking memorable photos. Additionally, the installation acts as a backdrop for various programming events. When not in use, a large wall-mounted screen is connected to the live-ledger display, providing a dynamic platform for programming activities.
The intention is to create a tangible representation of how the XRP Ledger is manifested through a dynamic light sculpture/display that continually transforms with each new transaction within the ecosystem. This sculptural display had to seamlessly integrate 14x side screens and the main 16:9 keynote screen. The challenge was getting all the elements timed to animate in sync with each other and these elements while retaining the main visual branding of the XRPL’s visual identity.
